more importantly. Do they TASTE like pasta?

No. They are like rubber bands soaked in a minnow bucket. Glad others like them but i would rather go without than eat those.

I buy Carba-nada noodles. Much better NI then pasta and looks and tastes like pasta.

They smell like fish, and they really have no taste until you add flavor to them.
I hate fish, so I can't get past the horrible smell...

If you rinse them the fishy smell is gone. I am glad I read about the smell and rinse or I wouldn't have used them. They are great!!

I get mine at a place called Central Market and they are "Nooodles" & are great.

1 packet of noodles, drained & rinced
Add to pan with cooked chicken or beef
    Add 1 small diced tomatoe
    Add some jalapenos
Stir & allow all the flavors to mix with the noodles
Then pour in a bowl &
Add 1 serving of WW mexican blend shredded cheese
Add 1 serving of Wholly Guacamole

    You're soooo gonna love it.

This is what I'm having for dinner. :)

I also add ground cumin, garlic powder & onion powder to my liking

My son used to get these at a japanese store

Just had the Alfredo for lunch. The flavour is great, the texture is rubbery. Not sure it will be in regular rotation. I have less issue with the smaller noodles, more like itchiban noodles, still rubbery, but more tolerable. I usually make a spicy stir fry with them.

Btw, in Canada, Safeway has them in the Tofu section usually 2 for $4.

I saw them in Safeway here in San Francisco today on sale 2 for $3.

Thank you so much sharing! Always needing new ideas!
  • I like this product a lot. The trick is to really rinse them off super good and to dry them before you cook them, I usually pat the water off them from rinsing and lay them out on a cookie sheet in the oven on low. I like making tuna noodle casserole with them as well.

    Yummy!
