are you eating back your exercise calories and 1500 calories for a guy seems kinda low. if you eating back your exercise calories try upping your calories by about 100 calories. just to see0

I feel fantastic today. I want to thank each and everyone of you who took the time to reply to my post with words of encouragement and great advice.
I have lost 4 lbs this week and am back on track to achieve my goal.
Tomorrow is a new day and my wish for tomorrow is for Glasgow Celtic to win our football match against Glasgow Rangers.
