Today was day 13 of Insanity for me, it is tough but definately doable. It is a struggle to push play each day but I just keep my goal in mind and I push myself. Not seeing much results yet but definately feeling it. Good luck!0

Starting tomorrow - would be great to share experience. I'm planning to eat 2500 calories (6ft 2,100kg!). Will lose 15kg by September :-) Add me if you want to share views!0

I'm doing insanity at the moment. I'm up to week 3. It's taken me a month to get there, but i'm doing it as a hybrid with running.0

man, my biggest weakness is the switch kick... tight hamstrings.. anyone else with this problem?0

Switch kicks hurt me too tight hamstrings and my right hips been hurting hoping to get more flexible here lol0

Power jacks: 50
Power knees: 84
Power jumps: 40
Globe jumps: 10
Suicide jumps: 20
Push up jacks: 25
Low plank oblique: 45
Not too shabby I even did more on some of the moves than the people in the video feeling so accomplished right now HELL YEAH!0 -

I am starting it tomorrow and I have done the fitness test but I cannot do anything close to what everyone else has. I am still going to push myself and improve to hopefully get to where you guys are now. I am going from no physical activity to insanity to lose a good chunk of weight before a wedding I am attending.. Is this a silly thing for me to do, just jumping right in?0

I Will Start the Insanity Tomorrow i did the Fitness Test & The First 3 Days But i had to stop Because i Am Doing it along with My Husband After He Come out of work,Dinner was Done & Our Daughter was in Bed but last week he had to work more time So we Want to Start All Over Tomorrow.0

I have had a few false starts with Insanity. I can not get thru the whole work out of day two. I have a question. Is it ok until my fitness level gets better that I take a break and just finish the work out later that day? I can only get about 25 mins in. I used to be in much better shape last fall but I came down with a pretty bad case of bronchitis that lasted several months and then hurt my back and this is me just trying to get back on that wagon now. If you all who have done insanity think that as long as I keep pushing myself and finish the work out and keep pushing thru is ok then I would love to start with you all tomorrow0

Anyone have any questions about Insanity, need that morale support or how to do some of the exercises when you can't jump. I have gone through it twice and gone from 272 to 220. Shoot me a message and friend me, I will be glad to help. I am smiling because I love it!0
