    I am totally in

    Start weight 159

    1) lose 10-15 would be great
    2) 60mins workout, 6 days a week
    3) be able to jog one full mile nonstop
    4) Stay Motivated and away from the scale only weigh in on * Monday*
    5) Track everyday
    6) drink less Soda

    Ending weight June 23rd

    April 26:

    3) Exercise 5 days/wk
    4) log in every day
    5) drink 8+ glasses of water/day

    I'm in! I am getting married in September so it will be good motivation! :)

    April 26:

    1. lose 16-25 pounds
    2.Drink more water
    3.Consume under calorie intake
    4. Do my curves workout 5x's a week with at least 1 zumba class
    5. Walk daily

    Ending Weigh in June 23rd

    3. 3-4 portions fruit/veg every day
    4. Exercise every second day at least
    5. Stay within calorie allowance

    1. lose 22lbs
    2.Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
    3.Consume under calorie intake (safely)
    4. Do 4-5 cardio workouts a week and 2 strength workouts plus a rest day which will include Yoga for relaxation
    5. Recognize my progress achievements every week and be proud of myself

    Ok first day of challenge didn't go so well. Today is a new day. Good luck to all.

    Soooo...today is Day 5 and there's $6 in the charity box and $9 in my personal box! This means I completed 9 goals and missed 6 goals.

    A couple steps back when I was on vacation but today is a new day!!! How's everyone doing????

    I hope its not to late to join in on this.

    Begging on March 29

    1. Drink ate least 8 8 oz glasses of water
    2. No more then 12 oz of soda THIS will be very HARD for me
    3. Work out cardio at least 6 times a week
    4. Journal everyday ( have some days coming up that I will be out of town will write them down and then log when return were there is net)
    5. Lose 10-15 lbs

    For days goals meet I get to spend a dllar for each on the wedding
    FOR DAYS OR GOALS NOT MET THE MONEY WILL DO TO A LOCAL CHARITY

    im 170 my goal 140
    1-eat 1200
    2-cut suger as much i can
    3-walking at least 45 minuts
    4- drink 64 oz water
    5-drink 3 cup green tea after each meal
    im with you hopfully will reach my goal by 8

    So far, so good ! I haven't had to put any money in my jar, yet. In fact, the extra sleep at night has made my morning work-outs better ! Hope everyone is staying on goal =).
    Wish there was a way for us to make this a "group" so that we could cheer each other on.

    well doing good this far The water hasnt been to hard t meet Im drinking like 6-8 32 oz waters a day at least. The soda I have stayed within limits but was very tempted Cardio doing god there my challenge will be when Im out of town and the when I return to continue Journaling look forward to it wont be able to fr four days will have to play catch up for thse days
