Something new EVERY DAY for MAY 2012!

I did a group for March and decided this time to actually stick to it. So, come up with a new exercise for whichever day you happen to land on!

May 1- walk one mile.
Next person, May 2
Next person, May 3
etc.

    May 2 - 40 weighted Russian twists ( weight of your choosing... or water bottles.... or your cat, etc.)

    may 3rd - Hold the yoga 'plank' pose for more then a minute.
