Not sure if my diary is open or not will check on that! I just try to eat "well" I try to make sure I meet my protien and fat macros and then eat the rest with whatevea I want : ) I have found not depriving my self of goodies but keeping in moderation is key for me......also I do indulge occasionally in alcohol but I try to limit it to no more than 2 times a week : ) If my diary is not open I will try to get it open so you can check it out.

So another pound gained and some inches lost so my bf% has gone down .7% from last week!!!! I am soooooo stoked!0 -

Well it hasn't been a very good 3 or 4 weeks for me. Sucks! Anyway, I'm still hanging in there and plan to start afresh tomorrow. Rochelle requested I post the spreadsheet as an image because she is unable to see it for some reason. I'm posting Week 1 and Week 2 below:

I am really seeing a difference....have gained two lbs. but my body fat has gon down! Yay!!!
