    Check out S.L.E.D. at Anytime Fitness - I started it yesterday and am excited to say that I think this program has kicked my motivation into hyper-drive!! Look it up on Anytime Fitness website for Wabasha, MN location - the owner developed the program. I have a long way to go, but am so motivated, I'm excited and can't wait to work out!

    If you can't understand a figure of speech then maybe the internet is not for you...She isn't ACTUALLY saying she HATES them...or is that beyond you to comprehend?? Maybe Im using too many big words...

    I got exactly what you meant. I too have asked really fit girls for tips. One told me to up my cardio and push myself harder each time. Said Muscle is great for toning but Cardio is what will make you blast the fat. She also told me to up my protein, veggies and water. When I started doing what she told me to do I started losing weight. Hope that helps!

    Yeah, I got that. Reading comprehension is not my problem. I clearly read her post, since I was able to point out the things she was actually requesting. My entire point was not that she is actually hating people or being negative. My point is that when the title is "Those girls at the gym every other girl can't help but hate" and the first sentence is a description, people who fit that description are unlikely to keep reading at that point. Practically speaking, if you actually want answers to those questions, you should frame it in a way that is likely to make people want to answer. Her actual feelings are irrelevant if people are turned off and leave before they actually learn what those are.

    There is a girl like that at my gym.... she's unbelievably fit... and has to show it off wearing as little as she can. I'll get there...one day... and then that WILL be me slutting it up at the gym!!!

    I get you (we have the same sense of humor) lol. I have a girl like that and we are actually friends but I "HATE" that she has got the 'perfect' body and can run like a gazelle! Plus, she has TWO kids! NOT FAIR!!! Anyways You are great babes don't let the real haters get to you!
