HI! I just started MFP a few weeks ago, I finally feel my eating is UNDER CONTROL, however as much as I love exercies I just can't find a "consistent time" to get me into a program. I work full time during the days, I have 5 kids ages 4-14, and also do the books for my husbands business. It seems any free moment away from that is spent cleaning, cooking, and just maintaining the house! I already am up a 5:30 to get going for the day, so early morning is out for me. I take only a 30 minute lunch, and am a "sweater" so that won't work either. Any tips for keeping a workout consistent, when your're time isn't? I'll be 40 in 5 months, and I want fitness to be the norm for me!

I feel your pain. I have three teenagers. I have a hard time finding time too and I use to be self-conscious of working out in front of my kids and they always have friends coming in and out of the house as well. I finally just had to get over it and sweat and move in front of them whenever I can which is usually middle of the evening. They know to stay out of my way and usually do so it is becoming a little easier now. You have to let the hubby and kids know this is a priority for you. Good luck!

Yeah it's super tough; I have triplets that are almost 4 and a 1 year old plust working FT. I either do it at the butt crack of dawn or right after work while DH watches the boys. I'm currently doing Turbo Fire and it's at least nice to have a set schedule so I know what is expected each day.
