NAILED IT!!!!! Weighed in today at 238.5. That's a ten pound weight loss and my goal was 9.94 pounds. Wonder how far I can go? Another five? Maybe. . . . . Let's see what happens. Talk about MOTIVATION!!!

I've backslid and am up to 241. This I don't understand since my gross calorie intake has been less than 2000 calories each day, except one, and I hit the gym four times last week and worked my tail off with weights and cardio. I did have a big meal Saturday night to celebrate my 20th wedding anniversary but. . . . .this is a bit frustrating.

Hallo! I'm a bit (well, okay. VERY) late with this but here's my 2nd week update.
Starting Weight : 146.6lbs (Sunday 1st April) (Just gonna round off to 147lbs)
Goal Weight Loss : 5.9lbs (Round off to 6lbs, making goal weight 141lbs on April 30)
Week 1 - 144.4 lbs. and 1.5 % lost (Monday 9th April) (to be honest, my Maths sucks so I just hope my calculation is right, hah)
Week 2 - 142.6 lbs. and 2.7 % lost (Monday 16th April) (I actually don't get this bit. I mean do I calculate how many % lost since last week or since we began? So I just put the % for the latter)
Don't think I'm going to lose much this week, though, because biscuits have been in plentiful supply at work and working afternoon shifts ruin my meal times and I get very hungry. *sniff sniff*
Week 3 - 144.1 lbs. So I've gained weight this week. I'm not terribly concerned, though. It had been a carb-ish week and I've been cooking for myself but not the last weekend but I'm working out more so it should be fine. I still think I'll hit the 4% overall weight loss at the end of the month. *fingers crossed*0 -
