    Amazing! I don't know where you are at...but here in NC... check out Baptist Hospitals Resident Plastic Surgery clinic. They do cosmetic surgery/reconstructive surgery...for about half the usual cost ...because they are 6th year residents. The doctor that did my mini tummy tuck...is now partners with one of the best cosmetic practices in NC.

    To have lost almost 200lbs is an AMAZING achievement,especially in such a relatively short time.

    I'm sure with patience and strength training the saggy skin will tighten up, but you look fantastic!

    What an amazing journey! I give you a lot of credit for sticking with it all that time, most people can't last 3 weeks on a diet let alone 3 years. You've come so far and I love your smile now! (I'm sure it was there before you just weren't showing it). Get out and show that smile to the world!
