This issue may be better addressed with a qualified counselor or other mental health professional. There are also many fine anti-anxiety medications available that may help ease your pain.
I speak from experience as I have a few freckles on my face and arms.

I'd have to see a picture to be sure. It would help if you were naked in said picture, and showing way more than just your knee. TIA.

As a laboratory professional, especially one having worked in pathology and seen what happens when moles go wrong, I highly recommend getting it checked, especially if it's changed size, shape, and/or color. ... If it has started talking to you, there are professionals for that0
