It took me 3 months of dedication and working out constantly.
From 245-to 185
Pushups from 1 to 25 at a time.
Running - From 30 seconds at 5 MPH then being gassed to 3 miles in 30 minutes, of walking and running.
Leg Press - Up to 300 Lbs (not sure what it was before)
Morbidly Obese to Overweight, thanks BMI.
I feel better, stronger, healthier and way more confident in myself. I can't wait to drop down some more and then start getting in a good shape. Not looking to be ripped, but I'd like to be tone.
If I could do it, anyone can do it. Get out there and feel good about yourselves

Wow that is so awesome! You should be so proud. Your story is very inspiring. I found out today I lost 4 lbs since last week. It's not much, but it's a start!! Keep up the awesome work0

I like that you also kept track of your fitness progress. Sometimes that shows so much more than the scale. Now if zombies attack you know you can get away, hahaha.
