On the warm-up you should not stop and do not try to keep up with them, you will catch up to them eventually. Those guys and girls in there are in good shape and by the 3rd to 4th week you will be hollering at them to keep up with you. You should start to sweat on the 2nd butt kick and dripping at the end of the warm-up, if you are not then you throttled down to much. Remember this is a high intensity workout, the key to dropping weight is by sweating it off and building your cardiovascular up. If you can't jump in the air (like me when I first started) do the motions on the ground. You will be doing lunges and this will build your thigh muscles so you can, then jump when you can then go back to the lunges but try not to stop, keep moving. Keep an eye on your heart rate and take a few second break when you have to, then get back in it. Remember to dig deeper, and results will show.

I started on April 23 (last Monday). The first 2 days were tough but I've seen a huge improvement already in my endurance. Add me if you want support. I post about my workouts everyday !

Doing my second fit test today - I've already gotten comments that I look like I'm losing weight. I love this workout!

Does anyone know approximately how many calories you're burning in the first month of workouts? I'm not sure how to log in on my exercise tracker.

I started last Monday. I did miss 2 days last week due to my ankles and the fact that I'm NOT sweating but getting really really hot. Have a doctor's appointment today about it so should be starting again this evening

100 switch kicks. that's really high.

    2 kicks = 1 rep

I did my 2nd fit test last week my results were

    switched kicks - 65 (so 130 kicks)
    53 - power jacks
    100 - power knees
    43 - power jumps
    10 - globe jumps
    18 - suicide jumps
    22 - push up jacks
    64 - low plank obliques

I should note that this is the 2nd time I've started insanity. I started it last year but only did 1 month and then went back to turbofire. This time I'm doing it as mentioned before as a hybrid with running.
