Any Females 5'2" - 5'4" that weigh above 190?

Im 5'3" and currently weigh 214 lbs.
My lowest point was 140 in high school.
Last year at this time I weighed 180 but fell off the wagon.
Everytime I see a post about height at weight for 5'3" seems like everyone is a lot smaller.
Just wanted to make a post and see if there are any other "bigger" people like myself needing some group support/motivation.

I'm 5'3 and I currently weigh 230. I've lost 80 pounds so far but been in a bit of a rut for the last 5 months. I haven't lost anything. My goal weight is 175. I don't remember the last time I weighed 175.0

That would be me!!! I am 5'2" and weigh in at 214....My smallest was actually 105 in high school, not looking to go there again. My goal weight right now is 150. I sometimes think that this is too high b/c all the short ladies want to be lower but oh well! I am developing some nice muscle, have worked out everyday for the last 49 days and am having a hard time loosing pounds.

i'm 5'2 and currently 195, my heaviest was 235 and my lowest was 109 when i was like 11, and then 175 when i was 13/14. i'm looking to get to 150 right now and then see where i want to go from there :-)0

i am 5'3" my current weight is 203. at my biggest i was 218 slow but sure i am kicking off a pound at a time. my goal is 150 i wanna be able to run and play with my kids! if your interested in friending me i would love to be a support and be supported. good luck in your journey0

There are plenty of heavier shorties out there but I remember having this feeling too. I am 5'3.5" and started this journey at 214 in October 2010. After hard work and a lot of time I am down to 156... but everyone seems to still be below me!? :huh:0

Last year at the start of my journey I was 5'4" and 200 plus. I have lost 55 lbs you can do it too!0

I'm just under 5'4". I'm not currently over 190 but I was 203 when I started this journey. My goal weight is 130 and I'm more than half way there. You can add me if you want someone who is a bit ahead of you but came from where you are. :happy:0

I measured 5'4" but I think its because of posture I used to be 5'6". I am at 210 and my goal is 145. Please feel free to add me if youd like.0

I'm 5'3" and I weigh 235 right now. My goal is 150. If I feel like I can go a little lower, I will. My highest was 317. I weighed 145 in high school and was always the fat girl. I think this is reasonable but I'm also lots older than you. Set your goal wherever YOU want it to be. Don't compare yourself to others; you should see how you feel when you get there. Don't worry about it right now. 8)0

I'm 5'3" and weigh 183.5 (now). Back in December 2011, I was 209. It's been rough losing this much. My current goal weight is 160. After that, we'll see. I work out 4-5 days a week, lifting weights and running/jogging. My last "sprint day" (when I really try to push it), I jogged 4.5 miles in 60 minutes. I couldn't do that back in high school!0

I'm 5' even.. ugh... At my heaviest I was 260. I"m now at 225 and struggling to get off this plateau. But at least I've started the journey. My high school weight was 120. I'd love to get back to it. But honestly I would be happy at 130 - 135. We shall see where I end up.0

5' 4.5 inches. Size 8. Was 236, size 16 last year. Today is day 236 for me on MFP. I lift heavy and LOVE IT.
I"m still a work in progress .... a bit more tweaking the body ......

How about we add in what we NET in calories each day too, so...
5"4, 193 lbs and I net approx my BMR, 1500, or a little over it...... not losing weight but losing inches....
Started at 210, wearing a Sz 20 in Dec, now weighing 193 and in a Sz 140 -
I'm about 5'3", around 184 currently but my HW was 260. This is the lowest weight I've been since before HS!0

I'm 5'3" tall and currently 233. My highest weight was 252. My goal is 135. I was 144 the summer before fifth grade. I was almost 10.0

I am 5'4" and my highest weight was 252...I'm currently at 160. Eight years ago, I lost 90 pounds just by altering my diet and exercising. I kept it off for a long time and then gained about 15 pounds when I went through my divorce in 2008. I'm back to working on a healthier lifestyle and hope to drop 20-25 more pounds...I will decide when I get there.

I am pretty much where you are, I'm 5'3" and currently 211lbs last year I was down to 195 but fell off the wagon pretty hard my highest weight was 242, I think I'm finally ready to be in this for the long haul I would love to get down to 150.
