    Since I cant resist the coconut peanut butter I stick to the regular Earth Balance with Flaxseed.... Still very, very tasty!!

    Kirkland - Costco - Organic Natural Peanut Butter, or any other organic PB that contains only peanuts and nothing else like sugar & added oil.

    Any brand that has one and only one ingredient: "Peanuts". If it's got anything else, no thanks. Stirring it burns calories, right? ;)

    Preferred: Chunky. But I'll eat smooth if that's all there is.

    Trader Joe's sells Better 'N Peanut Butter which is significantly lower in fat and calories and tastes just as good if not better than regular. Seriously amazing stuff. Sometimes I still go for regular if I think I could use some more fats, but I do eat a lot of PB so I'm really in love with that stuff.
