    I CANNOT eat regular non flavoured pb anymore. Still like my natural stuff from time to time.

    I also use defatted peanut flour for mixing in things like protein sludges & making pancakes with.

    I usually bought Skippy or JIF naturals, but recently found a cheaper alternative with the same list of ingredients and nutritional value. Wal Mart brand Natural No Stir PB.

    I like the taste of freshly ground almond butter at the whole foods co-op, but I don't eat peanut butter too much because of the high caloric count.

    I gave penut butter up after i ate so much one night and talk aout heart burns,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I threw that jar away and never bought another one.

    At Fred Meyers you can make fresh peanut butter..... and also almond butter. Nothing else ...no sugars or anything!!
