April ended with a bit of a slow down due to a mid month knee injury from a weight machine I suspect. Since we were in the middle of switching insurance I couldn't have it looked at so I followed RICE but it took me a while to realized I really needed 2 weeks of rest. I am starting to see a real improvement finally although I get twinges now and then. So I am psyched for this month but am going to ease slowly back into things. Most of last month I had my goal lowered to 180 minutes and am ready to raise it a bit.
