I got a bridesmaid dress a few months ago, went back for a fitting, and i was DROWNING in it! 
it felt wonderful! and It's a XL! also, i got some size large shirts from maurices! which generally run small
also, more importantly, i had a follow up with my cardiologist since going off the pills that controlled my heart rate, and he totally me I don't have to worry about going on them for a long time as long as I continue this lifestyle! and now i'm symptom and medicine free!
so i'm a happy girl today!
