I'm 5'1" and currently weight 195. My heaviest was 228 and my lightest adult weight was 112 (before a difficult pregnancy). I want to get down around 120.0

I'm 5'4 and I'm halfway towards my goal to get down to 200. After that, I'm going to set a new goal. I'd love to be 150, but I don't know if that's in the cards for me. Feel free to add me, I love supporting people and seeing everyone's progress. That motivates me to keep going.0

I understand your frustration. I'm 5'3 and I use to weigh 225lbs. Luckily I had a wake up call and realized that I was only hurting myself by continuing on that unhealthy path. That was in 2009. I dropped to 160lbs. Then I discovered that beer, world of warcraft and lays kettle cooked chips made a great combo. I gained 20lbs back, so I bounced back to 180lbs. I joined a gym in 2011 and I dropped to 155lbs. Well I got hurt at the end of last year and I gained 25lbs, so I went back to 180lbs. I am currently at 174lbs, I am able to walk for about 30 minutes without pain. I won't be able to lift for a while but I'm staying positive as I continue to heal.0

I'm 5'4 and currently 204. I'm hoping to get down to at least 150, but am taking my weight loss in stride. I have my goal, but know it will take hard work and a lot of motivation. I didn't break 100 lbs until I was a sophomore in high school, and was in the 160s when I got married in 2009. Feel free to add me as a friend! I am always looking for more motivation and to motivate others!0

I'm 5'4 and I'm currently at 228 lbs. That's a large drop after having my baby on April 6th in which I was at 261 lbs. That is the most I've weighed my entire 30 years of life, even while pregnant in the past. I've been about the same height and usually weight since 5th grade, which was 5'4 & 218 lbs. The lowest I've ever been was in 2009, when I dropped to 175 lbs. While working at McDonald's right before getting pregnant with my 3rd son. After having him, my weight shot back up to 218 and bounced around until I went back down to 199 right before this last pregnancy. So yeah, I'm in that height/weight range (at the moment that is). :grumble:0

please add me as a friend-i love motivational support. I am 5'3". I started out Feb 1 at 250, I am now 220. I still want to lose about 60 more. I lost most of mine in about 2 months. I have only lost about 5 lbs. in the last month, and have been bummed about it. Everyone on here was telling me I was exercising too much and not eating enough calories. ANd now that I look back on it, when my weight loss slowed down, is when I started really exercising. Strange I know, but true. So for about 5 days now, I have been trying to eat 1200 calories with no exercise. For me, when I eat healthy, it is hard for me to get that many calories lots of days. So I will see how I do. But I would love to see on here how many calories people are eating a day with their weight loss success. Good luck in your efforts. We CAN do this!0

I'm 5'3, at my heaviest I was 200 pounds, now I weigh between 135 and 140, depending on the week. I'm concentrating on strength training and I eat about 1850 calories on strength/cardio training days, and 1650 on non workout days.0

Hi Everyone! I'm 5'3.5 and weigh 202 right now, hoping to reach Onederland soon, but I've been kind of switching things up since hitting a plateau, so let's see what happens *fingers crossed*0

Just started my weight loss journey. I'm 5'4''. 208 lbs. My goal weight is 149lbs. Add me if you like.0

I am 5'3", and weighed 210, at my peak. I am down to 155, now. This is how I did it:
1. No more impulse eating! No more gas station snack, no soda, no energy drinks, no fast food. This was SURPRISINGLY easy! It may have been easier for me, though, since I was vegetarian, at the time. (I am now vegan.)
2. Portion control. No more eating like every meal was my last!
That's it. I worked out from 180 to 170, but I stopped after that. And I continued to lose weight. I exercise, now, because I want to be healthy, and not just thinner. I AM vegan, but I have lost absolutely no weight since I became vegan. That's another reason why I am starting to work out, again.
I cannot stress enough how easy and effortless it was to lose weight after cutting out fast food and soda. I also don't eat snack cakes, chips, etc. Now that I am vegan, it is even easier to not eat those things, since there isn't much vegan junk food as readily available as regular junk food. Now, when I go to the mall, I can't just grab a pretzel and soda just because it's there!
Good luck!0 -
