80 cal or less dessert

Options
I picked up some Nilla wafers to make my DH some banana pudding (okay so I had one serving) and I noticed the recipe on the side of the box. It comes out to less than 80 cals per serving and it's really good! (I didn't say exactly healthy!)
2 Nilla wafers (reduced fat)
2 tbs Cool Whip (lite or sugar free)
2 tbs low fat strawberry yogurt (or favorite)
Put one wafer on the bottom of a cupcake paper liner. Mix the Cool Whip and yogurt together and pour on top of wafer. Put other wafer on top. Put in freezer for 1 hour or until firm.

I only had regular Cool Whip so it came out to:
Cals 85, carbs 13, fat 3, protein 3, and sugar 7.
So I know it's not super healthy but it does help with the sweet cravings!

I think my daughter would like these, and it sounds better than the WW desserts - probably a lot cheaper too. Thanks for the tip!
