    Broke my personal record for my 5k! 31 min. 30 sec.! I was feeling so good about it that I tried on all the clothes in my "want to fit back in them someday" box. That box is EMPTY now! They all fit and some are even too big!!! Size 5's and 7's! This is a great day! I will post some pics later. YAY!

      Thanks! I feel better than I did 10 yrs. ago. I will look at hese pics every time I feel like giving in to temptation. Because nothing tastes as good as this feels. And I will continue to exercise for my health and to maintain all the work I've done. I never want to feel so unhealthy and tired again! A yr. ago, I would never have believed that I would have come this far. I'm only 8 lbs. from my goal, but I feel pretty good where I am.

      I think the difference between then and now is you look so much more confident now. Same body, just holding it differently! Good work though.
