    Thanks! I feel better than I did 10 yrs. ago. I will look at hese pics every time I feel like giving in to temptation. Because nothing tastes as good as this feels. And I will continue to exercise for my health and to maintain all the work I've done. I never want to feel so unhealthy and tired again! A yr. ago, I would never have believed that I would have come this far. I'm only 8 lbs. from my goal, but I feel pretty good where I am.
    Yep, I think you look better than you did when you first wore them...you can see that you exercise now and it shows in your beautiful shape. Great time on the 5k - you're a proper athlete now!!
