Now that you are aware of what you are doing...change it!

Take a step back from yourself and look at what you are doing. Make a good effort to eat properly. Get rid of all the garbage food in your house and fill it with healthy nutritious food. Get out and exercise...it helps with stress.
  • Hi Kelly,
That first step of realizing you are moving in the wrong direction is good! It happens to everyone at some point - so don't be distracted by that! It's important that you move in the right direction though. Please throw away or donate all the junk foods that you know are not good for you right now. If you can, try to divert the stresses in your life (the job, the breakup with the b/f) and channel them into something healthy instead of self destruction. Be strong for yourself - it's who counts most in the long run!! Your job, although stressful, should bring you great satisfaction at the end of the day that you've made such a difference in someone else's life. Please try to focus on these positives - what a beautiful person you are, and keep moving forward! I'll be hoping for the best for you!
