    I'm 5'3" (on a good day, lol) I started at 197 my goal is 135 but will be adjusted as I go depending on body fat & where I'm at as I get closer to that number.

    5"4" started at 266 down to 257 in about 2 months - which I feel great about due to being diabetic and hard to lose. God
    is my strength and power and he maketh my way perfect.(2 Samuel 22:33). I"m just trying to lose one pound a week. I enjoy

    5'4" - 39 years old, mother of 2. Started MFP in November, 2010. Hit goal in December 2011, then bounced up...was literally like a bungee cord snapping me back to the 130's...LOL! Hit it again in March, and then got lazy...still worked out, but not nearly as disciplined in my food choices, and as expected, it snapped back again. Working to get back into goal range and stay there this time.

    Hello peeps. I'm 5'3"

    Intermediate GW - 200
    Second GW - 180
    Final GW - 150

    According to "charts" and such I'm supposed to weigh somewhere between 115-135 I think. I've seen 115 on this body and it doesn't look healthy. I think the lowest I would go at my age is 130-135. I'll reevaluate when I get to 150.

    I started in January and lost 20lbs by the end of February and then have been stuck for two months. I wasn't really following any plan, just trying to eat healthier and watch my portions. My sister has been having good success with mfp so I figured I would try it out. I need something to help keep me moving in the right direction.

    I'm 5 ft 3". Currently 194lbs and just started on mfp a few weeks ago. Aiming to be 140lb, which would be marvellous! Haven't been that since my 20's though so its a tall order
