41 and I love this site. I had had some success with losing weight through 2011 by biking and doing some P90X in between rides. I went from 238 in January 2011 to around 215 during the Summer, then winter came and Christmas and new Years and I found myslef back up to 226. My lovely wife had just started the 25K couch program and went out and bought a treadmill. I was hooked right from the start and then a frined told me about this site and I realized I was being too restrictive on my diet and decided that i would try it out. I am now up to 10 kilometers running usually twice a week with another couple of smaller runs of around 6k thrown in during the week. Still doing P90X just to keep it mixed up and I am happy to say I am now sitting at around 195 pounds, with my final goal being between 185 and 190. I have lost 4 inches off my waist (form a size 40 to a size 36). Dropped one shirt size (17.5 neck down to a 16) and went from a tight 44 regular jacket to a nice fitting 42 regular. My wife, who is not on this site, but now eats healthier with me is also up to 10K+ in her runs and she has dropped close to 60 pounds. Everybody we know can't get over how much we have changed over the last year. Feel free to send friend requests. I love meeting new people and keeping motivated.
