75 lbs down!!!!!

As of today I am half way to my goal. I have lost 75 lbs and I have every intention of getting rid of the next 75 as well.

This is a great day for me. I haven't been this weight since I was a teenager....that was a couple of years ago:laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    That is amazing! Keep it up. I had a friend visit this week and slipped up on my eating, but continued to workout. I gained a few pounds but I'm just telling myself it's water weight from the salty food. I'm pretty sure doing some interval training will knock it off. Super congrats to you! You should be very proud!!:smile:
