How much more should I lose?

Currently I am 212 pounds, waist 37 inches, and stand at 5' 9". I have lost over a hundred pounds since Feb 2011. I did not set my goal stats, my former personal trainer did. He put the goal weight at 200 pounds. My doctor wants me in the 160's to 170's. I think I would look silly that small, but I still feel sort of fat at my current weight. Everyone at work has an opinion, (all offered by them) most think I have gotten small enough and are surprised I want to get smaller. So MFP should I just lose the last 12 pounds and tone, or go for a little more? (190, 180?)

I think you should work on your toning and in doing so maybe you will lose what you want and be satisfied, but I would do what makes you the happiest0

Shoot for the 200 and see how you look and feel. You can always make adjustments from that point. Good luck and great job!0
