5'4 here! My final weightloss goal might seem crazy to some.. but I really feel like I'll be happy when I'm 128-132 pounds.. I have a LONG way to go but am constantly self motivating!0

I am 5'4" and i currently weigh 194 and my highest was 214. My goal weight is 130, which i havent been since i was 13, 7 years ago.0

I'm 5'4 and was at 228 as of Monday. I'm a couple weeks into "restarting" and determined to stick with a healtier and more fit lifestyle. I'm aiming at 140..possibly 130..just have to see when I get there. I haven't weighed that much since I was still growing haha. I was 170ish pre baby.

I am 5ft2 and I weigh 226lb. I was at my heaviest when I was 261lb. I started mfp when I was 226 nearly a year ago I managed to get down to 214lb the recently I got back to 230 which sucked!!! I am now at a fresh start and just finished my fist week. (second time around) Lost 4lb this week. So good start! But I hate being short!!! I can never remember my lightest weight to be honest. xx0

Hi Everyone,
I am 5'2" and currently weigh 190 which is the most I have ever weighed. I was always skinny in high school and up to about age 30. I was around 110. After 2 kids and now 43 years old the weight just keeps adding up. I'm hoping to get back down to 135 which is what I weighed when I got married. Once I get there I will the re-think what I want for a goal weight.

I'm 5'2 and in June 2011 when I started my weightloss journey I weighed in at 221lbs, I'm now 177lbs. I hope to get down to 140lbs then depending on how I look/feel depends on where I go from there0

I'm 5'4" and weigh 218. I started on MFP over a year ago weighing about 234 and I've only managed to lose around 15 pounds and keep it off. Since then, I've been "stuck" and trying different things to get the weight loss going again. I seem to lose 3-4 pounds, then gain it right back. My body is a bit stubborn. My current goal is 175 because that would seem like a huge success to me. If I can make it there and maintain for a bit, I would love to reset my goal for 150-160, but I've weighed 175+ since I hit puberty at 12 years old.
I'm open to any new friends with similar goals or issues. Just drop me a request anytime.0 -

I'm 5.4" and (shrinking according to my doctor) 213ish and just started MFP two weeks ago and need all the help I can get because I have no idea what I am doing. The heaviest I have been is 220 when I was pregnant with my youngest who is now 6 and I've never lost the weight.0

Hi. I'm 5'3" and 200lbs (25 years old). My lowest weight was in undergrad, and I was around 120lbs (size 6). I miss it, so my goal is 125lbs. I definitely need encouragement and motivation. I just really started about a week ago and have slipped up twice, eating way too much.
Advice and support are greatly welcomed!
Currently, I am eating (when I'm not binging) between 1100-1200 calories and trying to work out a few days a week.0 -
I'm 5'3" and started at 207. Right now, I'm at 187. I'm shooting for 140, just to be below the overweight point (I've been overweight since puberty). After that, I'd like to be smaller but I'm not sure what to shoot for. We'll see when I get there0

I'm 5'2" and currently 245lbs. Which is the biggest I have ever been. In highschool I averaged between 125-135. I've gained over a hundred pounds in 10 years and maintained about 230 for several years but I guess the older I get the more weight I put on. My biggest issue is loving candy, cookies and cake...and not loving exercise. I am working to change it. I have changed my diet and snacks. I found a new love for suger free fudge cicles and sugar free jello pudding. They are working for now as healthier alternatives to my chocolate/sweets addiction. I hope at the end of this journey to maintain a weight of 160 or less. I know for our height that is still "fat" but hey...gotta keep some of those curves for the fellas. So you are not alone. I am a loyal and faithful christian to the Lord, and Jesus christ and also an animal lover. This is why I am a vegetabletarian. There is a girl on this site who goes by the name Sophiebee92. Please do not be friends with her. She is a prostitute. Last year my bf made 1 million dollars reviewing and directing pornos. And he says he has seen her in one. Also I am on this site to be honest and respectful so it makes me mad when people lie about their bodies. This girl 100% has fake boobs, I can tell. Plus my dad is one of the top 3 plastic surgeons in the country and he told me. She is also on steriods, that is how she has muscles. I respectfully warn all of you that she has sold these to, please don't take them. Having muscle kills girls.
Plus what cheerleader and blonde girl like her have you ever seen who is not a complete *****. It is obvious that the only reason she is on this site is to sell her body. Now that is not ok with me. If you want a friend like her just go to the grocery store and by yourself a Barbie doll, its the same thing!!
Also I want to warn you about some of her other friends too. One of them personally told me in a pm that her family are thieves. Another one called me a ***** and two of them were in pornons with her. Some o fthe most insulting comments were from cannonsky, delco, glamour60xtreme, becca_daniel, grapenutsf to name a few! All because I tried to give a little constructive criticism

I'm 5'2 and originally was at 232. Now I'm down to 187 with an overall goal of 145.
At first I just wanted to break 200, then I thought my goal needed to be about 165. I've been losing about 2 lbs a week since I started so I decided why stop there. Given my lean muscle mass 145 is ideal and that's where I want to be. I'm NEVER gonna be at the 105 to 120 that the BMI says I should be.0 -

Many moons ago...I would say, 2004 maybe, I am 5'4 and weighed 192 pounds. I was able to slim down to 135 but now I got lazy and I am up to 152. It is very possible to lose the weight. I counted calories and worked out almost everday. I think I lost it all in about 6 to 8 months. Don't lose hope!! It is possible!!!!!0 -

I'm 5'1" and weighed 251.5lbs in 2009. In 2010- got down too 199lbs. And Saturday weighed in at 226.5lbs.
