Hi, I am here new...a week ago I found this pages and decided to loose my weight. 3 years ago I quitted smoking, my weight was about 55 kg, nowadays 80 kg. My goal is to loose 1,5 lbs per week. I should eat about 1200 kcal a day (without activity). I walk every day - on average 4-7 km. Can you tell me please if I eat correctly? Is anybody here in the same weight who wants to do it with me?

    On your MFP, there should be a spot for your goal weight or measurments. Put in your goal and it will tell you how many calories daily you should eat. When you go walking (the system does it by time I think), log it in under exercise and it will tell you how many calories you burned walking. It will then add those calories to the calories you can eat. Ex: if you walk and burn 120 calories, you can eat 120 calories more that day.
