I just have what I crave to get it out of the way. I don't deny myself.

For me, it depends on what kind of sweet I want. Sometimes fruit or a homemade fruit smoothie hits the spot. Sometimes I want something creamier, and skinny cow ice cream is just right (sometimes yogurt hits the spot, sometimes I just have a small amount of regular ice cream), sometimes what I really want is a few squares of chocolate.

I have found that when I have a small kind of the sweet that I am craving I do fine. If I try to substitute something else I am often not satisfied and end up going for more and more attempts and get over calories

I can't keep chocolate in the house or I will eat it all. When I have to have a reward, I will get a Ghirardelli carmel filled bar. Since I have been on MFP, I haven't had any.

I usually just eat something sweet. Cake, ice cream, pie, almond croissant, a giant cookie as big as my face. Or sometimes, I drink a really great cup of coffee, black.

Whatever I want. lol Everything in moderation. ;) If I want a little bit of ice cream I will have some. I just don't go overboard like I used to.

I, as well, eat what I am craving. This is ok once in a while in moderation for me. I find if I don't " bite the bullet" I will break down and gorge myself on something.

I have a naturally sweet tooth. I am safe around crisps and all manner of savoury things, but put me near cake, ice cream, chocolate or cookies if I am craving and ... well, I am sure many of you have had the same experience.

I tend to go for Kallo chocolate coated rice cake thins and have 4 of those for 200 calories, or my latest discovery, banana crisps, which come in at around 240 for 50 grammes and are naturally sweet.

In the evening, I have Fage 0% with some jam and pb2 mixed in, and later on, a pear. That usually sorts out the sweet craving.

I sometimes get a bag of dark chocolate chips, and they seem lots because of their size.

I have fruit sorbet if I am in an ice cream sort of a mood, or treat myself to just one Mars ice cream bar, or somesuch.

That time of the month, I have normal chocolate and hope to goodness I don't binge on it, lol.

I avoid cereal bars and the like as I never found them very filling or satisfying and many are packed with artificial stuff.

    3 options
    1) suck it up and chew a piece of gum
    2) cry
    3) eat a sweet. I always have leftover calories from working out.
