When to lift weights?

I need strength training in my life ASAP and was wondering is it best to lift weights before cardio or after? Or is it just a personal preference?

Preference. Try both out and dont over think it too much.0

I do it after cardio.
I once did it before cardio...and damn I was unable to move my arms when I ran...lol0 -
If your goal is to lift to failure - which it should be - you should lift first.0
