If you buy suspension straps, don't buy the cheaper version. I bought the Bob Harper GoFit straps and they are ok, but the grips are a cheap rubber and irritate your hands if you don't wear gloves. And even though they are recommended in the Petite Advantage diet book, which I am following, the adjustment straps are at the TOP, which doesn't work very well for a 4'11" woman. Two sessions of climbing a ladder every time I needed to adjust them was enough for me. I ordered the TRX straps that day and love them!0
