how much does the DVD cost? 20 minutes a day sounds very do-able lol
I don't know where you live but I bought mine for about $25. Then 2 weeks later (while it was still in its protective plastic) I saw it at Target in their fitness department on sale for $14. I was like " Son of a B@#&%..."0 -
I'd love to join in! Even if I am a day late. Could someone send me an invite to the group please?0

I completed day 5 today and it was finally a bit easier. I still suffered through the shoulder exercises though haha!0

I started today too. Day 1 Level 1. I did this workout last year also and loved it. After that I did Ripped in 30 and 6 week/6 pack abs. Really like all the Jillian workouts.
I usually like to add in the elliptical after I do a Jillian WO since they're only about 25 mins.
I'll post again tomorrow after I complete my Day 2.0 -
I just started this morning, but I'm a bit disappointed - it wasn't anywhere near as hard as I expected. Did anyone else find this?! I'm hoping I might start feeling the burn after a few days of it, but I might go straight to level 2 otherwise. I did build up a good sweat though and I struggled a little bit with the last set of side lunges because my shoulders are quite weak, so I'll give it a few days before I decide.
Has anyone else skipped a level?0 -
