4th of July Challenge!

Ok! The 4th of July is in 11 weeks! I CHALLENGE anyone who wants to do this with me to meet their goal, or make progress toward their goal, by the 4th of July. Who knows, maybe then I'll be able to go swimming on the 4th and be happy to be in a swimming suit :tongue:

My original weight: 210
Current weight: 202
Goal for July 4th: 190
Eventual Goal: 150

    I've been on here for a few months, and could totally use some support. =)

    Current Weight: 149
    4th of July Goal: 140

    My original goal was to be 140 by July 13th, but...why not push it up?! I can do it! Alright...time to go to the gym. =)

    This is going to be fun! I am really excited. I have a beach trip with a bunch of friends the week after the 4th and i really wanna look good!

    Since my other group will be done the beginning of June (I'm working with a group of teachers and school will be out) I'm in.

    Started at 243.5 on Apr. 9:noway:
    Currently- 239:ohwell:
    Goal-211 by July 4th- since part of that time will be visiting my aunts and cousins while on vacation, this could be hard so I am only going for 2 pounds a week. (or so)

    we can do this guys! even if you don't make your goal exactly, anything that makes you feel healthier and more confident is a success! If you think you look and feel rockin' hot, you will be. SO, that said, we are going to melt that fat like butter (since that's prolly what it started out as...lol).

    Ok, I guess I'll try this one.

    July 4th goal: 165
    End goal: 150

    The weight has been coming off very slooowly for the past 2 weeks... trying to change up my exercise/eating habits to see if I can speed it back up. I wish fresh produce wasn't so freakin expensive.

    I actually stuck to a HEALTHY diet for an entire week, and that includes exercising every day, even at least for a little bit. I feel good!:bigsmile: :tongue:
