            nothing too fancy here, just had a clif bar, crunchy peanut butter flavor. Yum!
 Drinking water and taking my multivitamin along with it.0

            A jalapeno, chicken and cheese wrap (super high protein and tasty) and some edamame beans. :-)0

            Tomato and Basil Quinoa. First try. Really nice and great knowing its high on protein plus many other health benefits 0 0

            4 egg whites with white onions, green and yellow peppers and Mrs. Dash, and 1/2 cup of oatmeal with cinnamona and Splenda.0

            I had 2 eggs with spinach and peppers and an orange (and water and lemon ginseng green tea)0

            Left over homemade veg curry on a single slice of wholemeal toast. Tasty, but I could have done with making it a bit warmer, still the kids liked it!0

            Seeing as I haven't had breakfast yet, the last thing I ate was left Olive Garden for dinner last night. I had some Fettucini Alfredo with Chicken. It was yummy. Breakfast will be a homemade smoothie: 1 C fat free milk, 1 C frozen unsweetened blueberries, 1 Tbsp Bee Pollen, 1/4 Tsp Organic Saigon Cinnamon, 1 Tbsp flaxseed oil, 1 Tsp liquid B-Vit, 1/2 packet Truvia. Yummy!                        0 Breakfast will be a homemade smoothie: 1 C fat free milk, 1 C frozen unsweetened blueberries, 1 Tbsp Bee Pollen, 1/4 Tsp Organic Saigon Cinnamon, 1 Tbsp flaxseed oil, 1 Tsp liquid B-Vit, 1/2 packet Truvia.  I added a sliced up banana to it when it came out of the microwave. I will NEVER do that again, the banana's got "burnt" because the oatmeal was too hot and turned them a brown/gray color. I picked them out, I couldn't eat them like that lol. 0 0

            100g of red seedles grapes, and they were good and sweeet!0

            Lunch: 30g smoked salmon (60) on one slice rye/quinoa bread (139) with a mug of diet hot chocolate (40).
 Off to the gym in about 30 mins yumm0

            Last night before bed, if I don't eat before bed I don't sleep good. 1 table spoon of peanut butter on a slice of 45 calorie bread.0

            Whole Wheat Oatmeal w/Blueberries & a Asian Pear.0

            I had two cups of coffee, with my oatbran pancakse, with 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter with no sugar/calorie syrup and 15 grapes on the side. YUM!!0

            A piece of whole wheat toast with honey on it...gonna have some almonds and a kiwi with my coffee in a few 0 0
