I seem to be at a stand-still with my weight loss. i work out about 4-5 times per week but still no drastic weight loss. What are some metabolism boosting foods that would help speed up my metabolism?

One of the best things you can do for your metabolism is to make sure you're eating enough to fuel those workouts.

Also, how long have you been at this? How much have you lost? These things take longer than most of us would like, maybe you just need to give it more time. :flowerforyou:

    Real Foods.

    Protein (meat, eggs, seafood)
    Green Leafy Vegetables
    Other non-starchy vegetables
    Berries and other fruits

Leave the packaged, processed stuff alone!!
