    No particular plan really, just cut back on carbs for a while and then just cut back on eating fast food and my portion sizes. Started working out more frequently and effectively and just got into a routine of doing all of this. I still eat what I want but only in moderation. Now that pesky excess skin will not go away..gonna wait until after I have kids until I think about getting a tummy tuck!! Thank you to everyone for all your kind words and support!! I cannot tell you how much it means to me :):)
