24% here, Gratz lady. And just think, it's all the bad parts of you that are gone :flowerforyou:

not only have you lost a third of you, you've lost the bad third.

I am thankful it's not brain mass I've lost or I'd be in real trouble!

If it was MY brain mass -- well, lets just say I wouldn't miss it much!

Only 8% and some change here.

What really motivates me. Is I think how much better I'll feel when I don't have what amounts to both of my childrens weight with me all the time.

From my highest ever recorded (242) to now (193) I am down by 20%.

Since I put myself on a serious fitness mission (@ 227) I have lost about 15%.

From a size 18/20 at Lane Bryant down to a 12/14 at a regular department store. Whee!

I am having a HOLY CRAP moment here.....

    I started at 239....now 160.8 - loss of 78 pounds

    If I divide 78 into 239 that's 33% - I've lost 33% of me! WOW!

Someone feel free to correct my math if I've done that wrong....

So this is an edit....everyone post the% you've lost - it's so fun and motivational to see the numbers....
    Awesome job Chrissy, Awesome job.

You could play around with the numbers and another way to look at this.

Your 160.8. You used to weight 78 lbs more which is 49% of your current weight.

You've lost 1/3 of what you used to be or.
You've lost 1/2 of what you are now.

    Myself I've lost 12%.
