    Four meals.

    Breakfast
    Lunch
    Dinner
    Night snack (usually a sandwich)

Then I'll have fruit or something in between sometimes.

    5-6

Three meals and two or three snacks, depending on the calories throughout the day.

I use my juicer for my morning "breakfast" before I leave for work and the rest of the day I eat what I want when I want, as I get hungry. I have family dinners each night as well.

Nothing is strategically planned as far as how many times I eat or how many calories as each meal. I follow what my body is telling me. Although, after dinner (6-7pm-ish) I do try to keep my calories and snacking to a minimum!

It depends by what mean by "meal". I have seen posts on here where people say they eat 5-6 meals a day and like to keep them at 300 calories. I call that a snack, not a meal.

During the week I eat tlike this:

Breakfast: 103 calories so not a meal
    Morning Snack: 0 - 80 calories
    Lunch: 250 - 350 calories usually
    Afternoon (pre-workout) snack: 200 - 300 calories
    Dinner: 900-1300 calories
    Dessert: 0 - 150 calories

The only thing in that list I consider a meal is Dinner.

On the weekends I may graze all day and never have a meal, or I may only eat only one big meal and no snacks. Or I may go crazy and eat 2 huge meals. Weekends are wild cards for me.

    on workdays:
something within 30 min of waking
    breakfast about 1.5 - 2 hours later
    sometimes a snack
    lunch
    snack
    something on the way home
    dinner

I work 2+ hours from home which makes a long day for me - since a couple of months I'm eating this way with limited carbs (no bread, pasta, rice) and mostly protein/veg/fat for the rest and it actually keeps my hunger down more than when I was eating grain-based carbs.

on weekends it's about 3 or 4 meals max but if I run there could be another snack in there.
