what 3-4 day weight routine while losing weight

looking to add a 3 or 4 day routine to aid with weight loss.

I am not an expert but I weight train 4 days a week along with doing lots of cardio.
I don't follow a program, I just familiarized myself with the machines the gym has and follow a 3-4 exercise per body part routine. Some days I do all machines, other days I do all free weights, and sometimes a combo of all of them. I work chest & biceps together, back & triceps together, shoulders & legs together, and then pick one to do over again. I also try to do a full body resistance day. I switch it up every few weeks to not get too bored or miss parts.0
