Three Meals a day. I feel I need to eat 5 very small meals per day not sure though.0
-
Three meals a day with two snacks nestled in the midst:
 Early - Meal
 Mid morning - snack
 Noon - Meal
 Mid afternoon - Snack
 Evening - Meal
And occasionally when I need it a late evening/pre-bedtime snack.
 Total: 2,550 calories / day.
This for 1800-2000+ calories a day. If I could cut the number of meals/snacks down I would, but my stomach can only hold so much. Honestly, I feel like I don't even have a chance to get hungry anymore. LOL.0

It depends on the day for me,I eat breakfast, then at one of my jobs I'm allowed to eat while working so I usually eat when I first get there, then another meal about halfway through my shift, and another when I get home.
So usually 3-4 meals a day and various snacks, very rarely I'll only eat 2.0

            3, with a snack / dessert after dinner.0
-
Really depends. Sometimes, 3, sometimes less. There are days when I tend to just snack.0

I eat 4-6 times a day. A few days a week I usually do intermittant fasting, so basically just skiping breakfast so I will eat around noon then most likely a snack around 3 or 4 before I workout, then a protein shake after I work out if I do strength training, then dinner around 6 or so then usually a snack 8 or so.
Days I don't IF just add breakfast to that around 6am.
It's hard to say how many calories are alotted for each time because it changes, you could look at my diary to get an idea. Just depends what I'm eating and how hungry I am at the moment. On average I eat 1600-1900 a day with higher days on the weekend.0

Meals 3 but never huge meals, also 2-3 snacks if needed.) It starts like this, I have breakfast, a mid-morning snack, later lunch, then dinner, sometimes a small snack a bit after dinner. If I don't have the mid-morning snack then my lunch is sometimes earlier then I might have a snack late afternoon a bit before dinner, then no snack after dinner.
*Basically, on average at least 5 times a day I eat. 0 0

I eat at least 6 times a day. My typical schedule is:
 7:30 Breakfast 200-300 cals
 10:00 snack 100 cals
 12:00 snack 100 cals
 2:00 lunch 300-400 cals
 4:30 snack 150 cals
7:00 dinner (cals depend on what I have left for the day)0
-
            5-6
Three meals and two or three snacks, depending on the calories throughout the day.0
-
I use my juicer for my morning "breakfast" before I leave for work and the rest of the day I eat what I want when I want, as I get hungry. I have family dinners each night as well.
Nothing is strategically planned as far as how many times I eat or how many calories as each meal. I follow what my body is telling me. Although, after dinner (6-7pm-ish) I do try to keep my calories and snacking to a minimum!0
-
            3 complete meals + 2 snacks (one mid monrning/ one mid afternoon)0
-
            I have 3 meals a day and 2 snacks a day (healthy of course)!0
-
            Meals 3, Snacks 3. I eat every 2-3 hours.

It depends by what mean by "meal". I have seen posts on here where people say they eat 5-6 meals a day and like to keep them at 300 calories. I call that a snack, not a meal.
During the week I eat tlike this:
Breakfast: 103 calories so not a meal
 Morning Snack: 0 - 80 calories
 Lunch: 250 - 350 calories usually
 Afternoon (pre-workout) snack: 200 - 300 calories
 Dinner: 900-1300 calories
 Dessert: 0 - 150 calories
The only thing in that list I consider a meal is Dinner.
On the weekends I may graze all day and never have a meal, or I may only eat only one big meal and no snacks. Or I may go crazy and eat 2 huge meals. Weekends are wild cards for me.0

            i eat 5 times a day. It works for me. 0 0

            on workdays:
something within 30 min of waking
 breakfast about 1.5 - 2 hours later
 sometimes a snack
 lunch
 snack
 something on the way home
 dinner
I work 2+ hours from home which makes a long day for me - since a couple of months I'm eating this way with limited carbs (no bread, pasta, rice) and mostly protein/veg/fat for the rest and it actually keeps my hunger down more than when I was eating grain-based carbs.
on weekends it's about 3 or 4 meals max but if I run there could be another snack in there.0

            5. Breakfast, snack at 10:30, lunch, snack at 3:30 and dinner at 6. Cup of herbal/green tea before bed.0
