Have you tried the cocoa roast ones? Sooo awesome for chocolate cravings and still 100 cals per serving and only 1g sugar. Yum!!

You beat me to it! I love the dark chocolate roasted almonds!

Steak, with sweet potato fries and a beer.

Oh, wait... I mean just the steak. Can't go wrong with a strip or tenderloin... or better yet a porterhouse. Coat it with a little olive oil, fresh black pepper and sea salt to taste, and flame grilled to desired doneness. *drool*

In addition to those items already listed I like edamame and shrimp. Especially shrimp as it's low in calories and high in protein!

    My personal favs...

Low fat cottage cheese with fresh fruit
    Tofu in my Miso Soup
Edamame (microwaved soybeans still in their pods)
Beans (soaked over night and cooked in less than 30 minutes next day with onion and garlic. Cool and toss with fresh cilantro and cayenne pepper... keeps for 3 days.. YUM)
    Fish of most kinds
Raw nuts, my sister makes us individual snack packs up with a variety in them along with 2-3 pieces of dried fruit such as dates, apricots or figs.
    Greek yogurts
    Low fat cheeses
And the old favorite staples... Brown rice, Buckwheat, Bulgur wheat, Couscous, Japanese Noodles (i.e. Soba), Millet, Oat Bran, low fat Tapioca, Wheat germ (have daily on my yogurt), homemade granola bars, forbidden black Chinese rice and any wild rice, and to be true to my southern roots Hominy and Grits!
