So I wore my hrm yesterday and it said I burned 330 cals, thats with 20 mins on eliptical and 15 on treadmill, I wasnt walking very fast on the treadmill because of squats, my legs felt like jello....
My heart rate was about 135ish on the elip and about 120 on the treadmill..
Do you think that I should trust the hrm calories burned compared to the machine??
BTW the machine said I burned less.

give it a few days and if the hrm and the machine is still significantly different I would go with the hrm0
