    Just a thought but have you been exercising? If you have been then perhaps you have been building muscle and therefore not seeing any weight loss. It may be worth checking your measurements to see if you have lost any inches instead.

    I started using this web site at the weekend and also joined a gym so expect that I will encounter this issue myself.

    Soon to be 37 (aug) :) and also feeling great :) best I've felt ever!

    I am 36 too and will be 37 in august and I'm trying to get to feeling the best I've ever felt but I have a ways to go.

    Just turned 40.... but since I was always a fat kid I actually look better now than I did when I was 30.
