Remember, seveal things effect your weight loss. What type of work outs are you doing? What type of diet are you on?
Try doing cardio workouts to lose body fat. Eat whole grains with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies and drink plenty of water (no diet sodas or anything with sugar or artificial sugars.) Stay away from processed foods and foods that are high in fat like milk, cheese, white flour - breads, pasta, rice, potatos. Also, some breakfast bars, drinks, shakes, etc may advertise that they are good for weight loss, but they are high in trans fats and actually hender your weight loss.
I always look at this as a healthy journey, not a weight loss journey. The changes you make need to be substainable throughout the rest of your life.0
