Just curious to see how many people are exercising and dieting and how many people are just dieting?

Sometimes exercise and dieting, sometimes just dieting. But I never lose any weight when I'm just dieting alone.0

I don't consider it dieting but I am eating healthier. I'm also exercising.0

Me too. Both0

Both, I guess, if you consider making smarter food choices and controling my portion sizes dieting.0

Im eating clean, weight training, and doing cardio.0

Not dieting, just have permanently changed what I eat and how much of it. Exercising almost every day. These I consider to be permanent changes to my lifestyle whereas a diet implies that it will someday come to an end. Once I reach my goal of 174 I will adjust my MFP goal to "stay the same weight" and increase my daily calorie count to reflect the new number + exercise calories.0

I'm sorry shouldn't have said dieting. I should have said change of lifestyle or healthy eating.0

I am both exercising and watching what I eat. I find that when I am active on most days of the week, it inspires me to eat better because I don't want to undo my hard work, and it makes me look at food as fuel, rather than entertainment for my mouth.0

Diet & exercise. I do cardio pretty much every day.

Diet is an ok word- it simply refers to what we eat. DietING is a bad word because it implies a temporary change.0 -

Trying to do both. I'm consistent with dieting but not so much with the exercising:noway: .0

That made me crack up... and get weird looks at work.
I log what I eat and exercise. I'm happier when I work out.0 -

Both! :] Exercise really allows you to not really "diet" since you can eat those calories back.0
