    So I’ve been at this “changing my lifestyle” thing for almost 7 months now (since October 12, 2011). I’m down 118 pounds (from 389.9lbs to 272 lbs) in that time. I’ve gone from not really fitting into a 4x (size 32 to 34) shirt to ALMOST fitting into a size 2x (size 20). The shirt was tights but I think I look a little better than I did seven months ago. I’ve put a lot of work into the past 7 months and I’m proud of myself!

    You look A LOT different! 118 pounds is a HUGE accomplishment. It takes a lot of people years to lose that much so you should be so proud of yourself. Great job!! You are looking great!
