flabeloss question!!!

I go on the flabeloss machine 4 times a week for 10mins per session is it something i should log or not!!! thanx beck xx

    losing weight is a calories in vs. calories burned. The more you track and log the more accurate you'll be.

    the salon i go to said its 10 minutes = 1 hour workout so i paid £30 for a 4 week course = 16 sessions plez tell me i haven't wasted my money i burn my own cals in a mornin so i thought this was something extra but if i should log it i dont know how many cals i burn if any on it!!! xx

    I went on the Level 3 one tonight..... My heartbeat shot up to 189bpm!
