    1) Always be honest about what you had to eat. It helps you stay on track.
    2) Water is a KEY component of weight loss
    3) Not everyone is out to undermine you. Perfect strangers give you high fives for good healthy habits!

    1. Don't settle - don't give up on yourself and accept where you are - always strive to be healthier and stronger!
    2. Stay in the outside aisles of a grocery store; dairy, produce and meat - no junk food aisles or prepackaged dinners.
    3. Hard work and dedication really does pay off if you're truly committed!
