I couldn't resist. I saw that woman on TV the other night. OMG that's not tan that's a hot dog that's been left on the grill too long.
I used to tan until I developed skin cancer - no fun.

    im naturally very pale so I used to use sun beds, but stopped cause of all the risks so now I use fake tans :D

    Depends on the time of year. Right now, my arms are getting a bit tan but my legs are pasty white. That lady was just nasty looking.

    I'm pretty ghostly white, and that's my natural skintone. I got a bad sunburn when I was 13, and never laid out again - I've been religious about sunblock ever since. Let's put it this way - when I go to buy a new makeup shade, I just say to the lady at the makeup counter, "The lightest shade is fine. No, really, you dont' need to color match me. Just let's go to the complete left end of your color choices, and I'll be a-okay."

    Ever so slightly tan, not because I want to be though. I prefer being pale :P Both of my grandparents have had skin cancer removed several times and I don't want to have to go through that!

    me too. I don't (can't) tan and don't really care too much. I might fake tan during the summer, but not to the burnt mahogany extent of that woman on tv - I mean WOW that was just vile

    I'd love to just say I'm sunkissed. I'm pretty light, so I can't go overboard or my skin gets weird feeling and very dry! I've been going outside more often since my brother is getting married this month. I want to look good!

    im about 2 shades darker than natural but it seems like more because of my freckles.

    I am as tan as the day I was born. My daughter on the other hand is tan year round because she got all the good Indian coloring from my hubs side of the family and my poor son is pale like me! I tan every now and then but I have a few spots that are of concern so I have stopped.

    Even if I wear SPF 60 I get tanned so fast. people tease me and say I'm really half african american . I can walk down the street and you can literally see my skin change colour. I have never burnt and I dont worry about skin cancer. I know it could happen but I dont believe in obsessing when I have good skin so I wear SPF 15 everyday year round and 30-60 if I am planning on being in the sun but if I posted a recent picture you would swear I just got back from a tropical island, Everyone asks me where I have been constantly. I dont tan, I just have that type of skin that gets color easy. I dont tan but I dont aviod and I look young for my age ( I'm a grandmother)!
